Greetings to all my fellow students, I am Erich Nick D.S.        First and foremost, I selected the H.E.Because my ambition is to become a chef.It is really easy in this strand because all you have yo do is listen to the teacher and progress in all topics.Because all of the professors are kind,you will not be afraid to express your oppinions or ask questions about working as a barsita or a chef

    You will learn how to be a bartender during first year.You will learn how to blend various types of wine and how to shake it properly like a true Barista.You will also be taught several methods for serving alcohol.                                                                Isn't it wonderful to be an H.E student?Many wonderful things will happen to you.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

                                                                                                                                                                               In the second year,they teach you how to become a chef,which is exactly I want.They will show you how to make everything from the simplest to the most challenging dishes.They also teach you how to cook  desert  and how to serve them properly and presentably,which is referred to as dressing.                   Isn't it true that becoming an H.E.It is simple to be a student?You'll have a good time at H.E.,,SO LET'S GO!!!
